The sitting room has a TV and CD player, breakfast, tea & coffee making facilities and a bar fridge for your Mornington Peninsula wine and produce. A continental style breakfast with homemade jams juice, a choice of teas and coffee is provided. A cooked farmhouse breakfast can be arranged at the time of booking.

You can laze in the privacy of your suite or in the garden with a glass of the local fizz, chilled for your arrival or, get involved with all the activity of the farm.

You are accompanied by 2 solar powered alarm clocks ( roosters) and their bevvy of egg laying ladies), ducks, geese and Andrew Peacock.

30 Chianina cattle (the Arnold Arnold Swartsnegars of the cattle world) graze the slopes, and one bucket reared bull who thinks he's a vegetarian dog, enjoys a scratch behind the ears.

Botanica is dog friendly/gay friendly. But dogs on leads or very strict voice command please.
